Same as the few above answers: "Clearing the cache manually fixes this issue for me, Open finder on your mac, and click on Go -> Go to Folder And paste this "~/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning\ Profiles/" delete all items restart xcode and retry" Worked for me! Successfully uploaded new build
