thanks! the solution worked. another suggestion on this is if apple connect website will not accept internal builds, don't let users attach it on the build. no need for error prompts. just don't show it. that's better UX than showing an error with technical jargon that most people will not even understand. lastly, please follow some incident management procedures like ITIL. it's sad we had to wait for weeks for a simple solution

i'm on my 14th day with the support and only got 2 replies. 1 is asking for more info which could have been done in day 1. then another email that they will escalate to tech team which could have been done in day 1 too. i've been a support engineer before and its in our company to assist within 4 hours. Apple has it different probably.

I have 2 tickets. 1 for work and another 1 for my personal app. Ticket# 102871847125 Ticket# 102865485531

they only replied once after 5 days since the ticket created to request for a video of the issue. that's it. i have 2 apps stuck for release because of this.
