Hi all, I have a problem for which I can't find an answer. When I prepare my app to submit it for review, I want to upload screenshots. For the iPhones this is no problem: Both the 11 pro max and the 8 plus go fine. For the iPad (pro) however, it doesn't work: Everything seems to be working fine, but when I try to submit the app for review, I get the error that screenshots are still being uploaded. After waiting or refreshing after a while, a placeholder image pops up instead of my screenshot, with the tooltip IMAGE_TOOL_FAILURE I already tried to make new screenshots, provide different filetypes etc, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Anybody who can help me please?
