Hi, I received the exact same notice. I have 9 apps, all live, none rejected or in review, and I never resubmitted anything. I’d really appreciate if you could share an update: (1) Did Apple respond to your appeal, and how long did it take? (2) Was your account reinstated? If so, what did you write in the appeal that worked? (3) If not reinstated, were your pending earnings paid out, and after how long? (4) Did you contact anyone else (support, legal, Apple executives)? Thanks a lot, this would help many of us in the same situation.
