Still no updates on my end either. It’s been 48 days since I uploaded my documents on June 30th, and 34 days since the system automatically suspended my account after the 14-day timeout. Support phone calls and re-uploading documents haven't helped at all. The verification team remains completely unreachable while our accounts stay blocked.
