Same issue here — adding my case to help show how widespread this is. Symptoms (identical to this thread): Internal testers get "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist." External Beta App Review submission fails: POST /iris/v1/betaAppReviewSubmissions returns HTTP 422 / ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING ("Beta Contract is missing for the app."). Builds upload and process fine (VALID, "Ready to Submit") — production side is unaffected. All agreements Active (Free Apps + Paid Apps); bank account and tax forms Active; nothing pending in App Store Connect. I've filed a developer support case (Case ID 102945217683) — this has been unresolved for a while and is blocking all TestFlight testing. Would really appreciate an update or an estimate on the backend fix.
