Also interested in whether this got resolved - same issue. ‘In-App Purchases and Subscriptions’ section does not appear because there's developer intervention required on the non-consumable IAP with localization issues. Also noted that I can't delete one of the localizations but could delete & re-do two of them, so I'm wondering if the issue is attached to that.

Same issue. Tried everything except completely removing the in-app purchase to create a new one which I don't really want to do since that means new product ID and stuff. Really frustrating since my app's been ready for 3 weeks and stuck because of this.

Same issue. I tried changing some of the details on the in-app purchases page such as removing and re-adding the paywall preview photo and deleting and re-attaching the different languages for the in-app purchase : but I found I could delete 2 of them (English & German) but an issue appears when I try and delete the French one, preventing me from deleting it. So I'm wondering if the issue is attached to that - it can't get out of developer action needed state there so the in-app purchase doesn't appear in the version submission page. Did you ever resolve this and if yes, how?
