Started right after my membership renewal on Oct 14, 2026 (Program License Agreement re-accepted, Free Apps Agreement active from Oct 14). Builds 1.0.0 (3) to (7), uploaded Oct 13-14, all became Expired at the same time. New builds 1.0.0 (8) and (9) are VALID and assigned to my internal group, but installing fails with "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist". External beta review submission of build (9) returns 422 ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING (still reproducible today, Oct 15). All agreements and DSA are active, nothing pending.
