Same issue on our team (Team ID 953972YCUA) since my membership was renewed in early October 2026. Three separate apps, including a brand-new app record created on October 6 as a test, have builds that are VALID and In Beta Testing with export compliance answered, yet TestFlight shows "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist" on every Install. Builds uploaded in July, before the lapse, installed fine for the same testers. Developer Support cases: 102987077810 (opened October 6, updated October 8) and 102987115122. No reply yet. Feedback: FB25102161. Like the post above from October 5, this started around October 4, so it may be wider than renewals. DTS: could these be routed to the TestFlight team to re-provision the beta contract at the team level?
