Hi everyone,
I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual developer from Türkiye, but my application was recently rejected with the standard generic message:
"For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time."
What makes this situation particularly frustrating is the contrast with my spouse's application:
Spouse’s Application: Applied as an Individual from the same household/IP, and her account was approved within minutes without requiring a single document.
My Application: I was asked to complete additional verification, so I provided a high-quality scan of my government-issued photo ID along with the requested selfie holding my ID. Despite fulfilling every requirement, my enrollment was rejected.
Here are the details of my setup:
Account Type: Individual Developer
Verification Steps Completed: Government ID scan + selfie holding ID.
Data Consistency: My Apple Account name, government ID, and payment card details are 100% identical and match perfectly.
Support Contacted: I reached out to Apple Developer Support (Case #102974161423), but received only automated template responses with no specific reasons or actionable feedback.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue where one account is instantly approved while another gets stuck in an unresolvable rejection loop despite providing full documentation?
Is there any way to escalate this for a manual review by a human advisor? I would greatly appreciate any insights or advice from the community.
Thank you!
