I had no luck with solving this issue. Tried everything - different XCodes, simulators, signing in multiple times etc. In the end, it only started working when I used iOS 17.2 and was logged in in Settings

Thank you @jonc113 . It's like they've hidden it on purpose, but knowing Apple they probably did.
