@App Store Commerce Engineer I have read that, and have read extensively online. Expectation is that Release button on the top right corner of the App Distribution page. It's missing. I was hoping I was doing something wrong. I have already opened a support ticket a couple of days ago. I also tried replying directly to your comment but I see an "undefined" and an error message. Makes me wonder if it's all built as a house of cards :)
