Reply to 'User Assigned Device Name' in XCode Capabilities list
OK I did what you said. Just to be clear, I am looking at the settings by doing a quick look (spacebar on the file) which seems to work! That is handy and I am seeing exactly the same: com.apple.developer.device-information.user-assigned-device-name:  true This is a copy of the text shown when doing a quick look on the dragged profile. And I haven't heard back from my technical support incident. The one that I pay for :-( Thanks!

Reply to Importing files to Files.app in iOS 26 Simulator
Please fix this! The files go to Safari and although you can "Download" the file, it's nowhere to be found.

Reply to user-assigned-device-name entitlement - HOW?????
I even opened a DTS, they cannot help. So what? just keep guessing and guessing even though I have shown I meet all the eligibility?

Reply to Getting the ...user-assigned-device-name entitlement?
Screenshots don't help, answering every question clearly doesn't help. DTS cannot help. In other words, you cannot even pay to get help. I guess this is the way Apple treats their developers.

Reply to Getting the ...user-assigned-device-name entitlement?
kinshuk1234, good question. I have requested the entitlement before and have gotten it. But now, no matter what I do, I cannot get the entitlement. DTS doesn't no, no one knows. Apple wants you to guess and guess. NO HELP AT ALL.

Reply to No approval for User-Assigned Device Name
No one answers. DTS doesn't know. Seriously, it's time to write the CEO. They do answer emails.

Reply to User-Assigned Device Name again
I even opened a DTS ticket. So there's no way to find out why they are not allowing the entitlement even though I answered and match all of the criteria? Does anyone read these posts from Apple????

Reply to User-Assigned Device Name again
Nothing. And no way to get clarification on what my app might be missing. Incredible.

Reply to 'User Assigned Device Name' in XCode Capabilities list
At this point it's completely embarrassing. Even if you PAY for the help, you get NONE. I appreciate Quinn's help but I paid for help and none came. I got the auto ack and that's it. NO FOLLOW UP NOTHING! They used to care. for real. I have the proof. Not anymore. I'm going to write Mr. Cook. You laugh, but I did before and got results fast.
