Hi, following up on this thread with a new development that I hope the App Review team can assist with.
Since this post, significant progress was made. The App Review Board reviewed my 4.3(b) appeal and determined the original rejection was not valid - YADA is no longer considered in violation of Guideline 4.3.
That was a meaningful outcome and I am grateful for it.
However, a separate Guideline 1.2 issue was identified during the Board review. I implemented all required precautions immediately - block, report, and EULA - submitted a screen recording demonstrating all three per Ingrid's instructions, and resubmitted build 85 the same day on May 27, 2026.
Build 85 has now been in Waiting for Review for 7 days. I have filed an expedited review request, both confirmed. I have an active support case (102905235397). I replied to the App Review Board thread directly. I have done everything asked of me immediately and thoroughly.
I am one review decision away from approval on an app I have spent almost a decade building. Any assistance getting build 85 moving would mean everything.
