Update: The problem seems to have resolved itself. I tried again after waiting for a couple of hours, and everything works fine now. I think the problem was on Apple's end.

Getting the same issue here, any ideas on a fix? Tried to repackage and upload multiple builds, but getting the same integrity error out of nowhere now.
