The credentials provided to test the app have never been used by the Apple team. I emailed support -- never received any answer. Does anyone have any idea on what could be happening? I initially submitted the app on 7/27. How much longer should I expect to wait?

Hi there, Hi there, I submitted my App on 07/27 (first ever submission). It was moved from "waiting for review" to "in review" on 07/31 and it has been stuck there since then. I submitted credentials to log in, and I can see they were never used so I'm not sure anything is being reviewed. I emailed Apple support -- no answer. Can anyone help?
