Because they test in a Sandbox environment without a logged-in Apple ID, restoring triggers the native iOS password prompt. App Review is mistaking this OS-level system dialog for a custom phishing UI! I provided video proof showing it's the native prompt, but they keep rejecting it. Any escalation advice?

Hello everyone, just another update. My app finally moved to the In Review status a week ago, but unfortunately, it has been completely stuck there ever since. After waiting for weeks just to get into the review queue, waiting another full week during the actual review phase is incredibly frustrating and exhausting. Has anyone else experienced an In Review process taking this long recently?

My app has been stuck in review for over two week with zero feedback. I sent 3 emails, opened 3 support requests, and even got an expedited review approved — still no response or progress. Meanwhile, another app of my friend was approved within hours. There is clearly something wrong, but Apple provides no visibility or communication. As a paid developer, this lack of support is unacceptable. Is there any way to escalate this or get a real response?
