Is there still no solution to this? I really don't want to have to force my entire team to reinstall testflight and accept new invites just so I can get back into mine and do my job. Can you please respond to this thread Apple????

I'm having the same issue, this is really frustrating. I've tried removing my account and re-adding. The account is an Admin account. This is holding up all my work.
