I'm in a very similar situation. Account terminated under 3.2(f) in August 2026 with about $43K in earned proceeds frozen. Apple's own legal team had already investigated and closed the underlying issue before the termination was issued. Did you ever receive your final payout after the termination? Or is Apple still holding your earned proceeds? If you did receive it, how long did it take?
