After about effort of 40 days I got my DUNs number today, and email says that I must register with Apple after 24-48 hours. But on Apple developers page when I try to enroll it throws me error "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." and I could not fill basic forms there. I'm in quite big trouble if it delays DUNs will be expired not sure how log it will take again.
