My app Aperia: Skin Intelligence (Apple ID 6781202703) has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 13 days on my current submission (ID 5919deea-1cb9-4980-92b4-d32806e2b2c4), after a previous submission sat 11 days before I cancelled and resubmitted. Everything on my side is complete — Agreements/Tax/Banking active, build live on TestFlight, a demo account provided, every prior item addressed — and two support cases (102962839068, 102991074950) have gone unanswered.
