Seems like just waiting fixed my issue, the internal testing logo is now next to my newest build . The only other thing I did was follow https://stackoverflow.com/questions/69031467/testflight-cant-add-build-to-internal-test-group however im not sure if this did anything

yes dont worry about it , know that hen you give your app to testers via test flight or distribute it in the App Store the problem isn't there. Its only happening when you are running the app through Xcode honestly dont worry at all about this its been here for weeks. Will not affect anything nothing you can do .

Just happened to me as well just tried to upload a build I was able to add external testing but not internal 3:53 pm set
