I have the same issue.. and support can't help me.. I have no idea why so have been blocked and feel that I've been treated unfair.. without any reason I've been blocked from pursuing my dream of becoming an independent game developer.. I've been an apple owner for a long time and can't believe that apple treats it's user this way.. I have no idea what I've done to be banned for even attempting to enroll to the program..

I have the same issue.. and I called apple and they told me they can't help me.. this is kind of silly.. I'm sending them an email now to figure out what the problem is.. but I've been stuck for days.. I even tried to create a new account.. same issue.. please apple fix this.. I need to release my product and I'm over 30 years old..
