Thanks. Yes, but only Apple's own tooling, no fastlane or third-party CLI. We build and upload with xcodebuild archive + xcodebuild -exportArchive (method app-store-connect, destination upload, automatic signing with -allowProvisioningUpdates), authenticated with an App Store Connect API Team key with Admin access.
