How does this reason justify giving 1 feeback that is different and new 10 times, versus giving 10 feedbacks in the 1st review. This shows that there is a lack of consistency in reviews - which creates MORE risk for Apple not less.
If I invited you to a Library, would you ask if there would be Books in that Library? The reviewer didn't ask about moderation: so it doesn't relate.
