Yes I have the same issue, did you manage to resolve it?

I know they decide what is complient. But they have been wrong before, and they are wrong now. I have been successfully appealing rejections before, and even had reviewers change their mind after writing replys. The problem here is the time it takes, which is due to incompetent reviewers. I might be better off changing it for now and getting an approval. But that will also take more time. Really frustrating!
