Hi everyone, This is my first time posting here, so I apologize if this is not the right place. I have an active Apple Developer account, and one of my apps has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” for about two weeks. It has not moved to “In Review” yet. I tried contacting Apple Developer Support through the official support form, but I keep getting an error that says, “There was an error processing your request.” Has anyone else experienced this, or is there another official way to contact Apple about a stuck app review submission?
