This time I had to restart my laptop to get it to work, but it was successful after the restart.

I forgot to mention that this problem came after IOS 15, before IOS 15 there were no issues.

It is still there, it just looks different. Go to settings, Home screen & Dock, on the right top of the screen you will see a tab to use large icons.
