Me too, has Apple given any answer?

I am talking to Apple Support because the banner that should appear at https://developer.apple.com doesn't. I've been an apple developer for many years and always been able to click on the (many) agreement updates that has been.

A very helpful Apple support guy has changed something in my account and after login out and in again, I have been able to see the button on the Agreements section. Still no banner at the developer page, but I think that banner button just takes you to the agreements section at appstoreconnect.
