I‘m facing the same problem. Actually I uploaded the new build and declared the older ones as ‚invalid‘. This might lead to a forced update or the user can’t access the app. you must be aware, not to deactivate all builds ( depending on your alpha and beta version rollout) otherwise you won’t have any more testers with access to your app. Thats how I manage it at the moment!
