Same for me. I submitted three version of my app and as I created a submission it allowed me to update ratings for that version. And the review got accpeted and the app is in "Ready for Distribution" state. However even after filling the questionaire of AGe Rating, it show UnRated

Hi App Store Connect Engineer I just submitted a new version of the app and filled in this questionnaire when sending my App for Review. My new version is accepted in the Review and it is marked Ready for Distribution, but my apps page is still showing Age Rating as UnRated??? Please see if anything is wrong with your system?

THis is 2025 and I am stucked with the same error. The Apple Suport just asked me to submit the new version of app and update the Age Rating again, which i did. They accepted my app review and makred it Ready for Distribution, but Age Rating is still stucked and they wouldnt update it.

The Feedback ID is: FB20287311 I’ve filed this Feedback report with screenshots, a screen recording, and HAR logs. This is the third time I’m contacting Apple Support, and it’s been two weeks since approval. The Age Rating still shows “Unrated”, leaving my app stuck in Processing. My app is already live on Google Play, with 12+ rating, (under the name "State Prisoner: 3D Survival" by Render6D) you can check it has no obscene/offensive or defamatory content, so this delay is directly costing me time and money. Please help to resolve this urgently. Thank you
