We are facing the same issue. Apple has rejected our app for 4.3(a), and we've written back to them on August 27th and have heard nothing from them since. We resubmitted a build on Sept 14, and got the exact same rejection on Sept 15 with an added warning that they can remove my developer account if I keep submitting the app. Wrote about our case here. At a loss as to what we're supposed to do here. Tremendously disappointed with Apple's handling of this so far.

Same issue, very frustrating considering we can't even ship to TestFlight without it.
