Same problem on a new individual account: adding any build to an external TestFlight group fails with "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later." The network response is HTTP 422 ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE on betaAppReviewSubmissions, without a BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING sub-code. Internal install also fails with "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist," and the account's first build expired about a day after upload. Agreements, tax and banking are Active, Test Information is complete, and a new build and new groups don't help. Feedback Assistant: FB25321266.
