Thanks Pokpong, It's certainly disappointing and frustrating that they can't even respond for such a long period. Google had it reviewed and made live in 48 hours. I am wondering if anybody else has experienced anything like this delay?

I am also 20 days and counting. No reply to my message from a week ago. I am quite new to working with Apple. Is this normal?
