I have now tried almost every available channel I can find: Developer Support, App Review contact forms, expedited review, email, and the Developer Forums. But I still have not been able to reach a single person who can even tell me, “We are currently overloaded, we have seen your case, and we will help you by this date.”
Instead, I keep receiving automated Case IDs while the actual problem remains unresolved.
As developers, we pay Apple every year to participate in this ecosystem. I also appreciate the support Apple provides to smaller developers through programs such as the Small Business Program, which allows eligible developers to benefit from a 15% commission rate on paid apps and in-app purchases.
I am genuinely grateful for that support, and I believe independent developers like me also contribute to the value of the App Store by building products, serving users, generating transactions, and continuously investing time and resources into the platform.
That is exactly why it is so difficult to understand who we are supposed to speak to when the review system itself becomes the problem.
Is the support structure only there for submitting apps, or is there also supposed to be a way to get help when a critical App Review issue affects real users?
I am an independent developer with users being affected right now, and it is incredibly frustrating to feel like there is no human point of contact anywhere in the system.
I genuinely hope someone from Apple sees this and can at least acknowledge what is happening. At this point, even a clear response saying that the team is overloaded and when I can realistically expect help would be better than receiving another automated Case ID.
