+1 for AppKit, I learned macOS dev with Big Nerd Ranch books and materials years ago, but that was using Objective-C, you can convert that code to Swift without much trouble.

Hello, Same issue!, like you I searched the wab and ChatGPT and nothing until I found this post.. The "New Group without Folder" option is not showing, it is listed in the Key Binding in Settings but it can't be used. I went back to Xcode 16.2 just to add my Group and reopened Xcode 16.4, crazy!, definitely a BUG in Xcode, hope they fix it.
