I'm also facing the same problem on iOS 17.2.1 device, live activity isn't showing both in notification center and dynamic island. However tapping on dynamic island opens the app. Live activity is working fine on iOS 16.6.1 devices.

I am also receiving the same error. Version is 1.0.0 Strange part is I am able to upload the build using different mac with the same credentials.
