FB24762002 POST /v1/betaAppReviewSubmissions HTTP 422 ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING "Beta contract is missing for the app." The account has a valid agreement, while the beta submission path says the contract is missing.
