I didn't realize Appealing was different than Replying. Thank you! A problem is, they're accusing us of something without being specific. "You're too much like another app." Which one? How can I defend myself if I don't know what app they think we're too much like? How can I provide specific reasons why I believe our app complies with the App Review Guidelines, if except to say that the stated objections are all untrue?
