Seems this does not reliably work. I added tvOS, macOS, and even visionOS and still did not get a delete button on the iOS version. If you Inspect Element on the side nav you can actually see the delete buttons are in the layout for the other platform rows (hidden or not, it is there in the layout code). However the iOS row in my own experience does not even have the delete button in it's layout.
