has anyone gotten any response or feedback from Apple, my apps are still in 'waiting for review' for now 21days.

@App Review It has been 72 hours since you promised to contact me in App Store Connect regarding Case ID: 102828235824. I have received zero communication and my apps (6759218500, 6758253704) remain stuck in "Waiting for Review." As others noted, the standard contact forms are currently broken. Please provide an actual status update as developers are currently paralyzed by these locked queues. Thank you.
