Same here. I had to cancel a client meeting because of this.

I am having similar experiences with App Store Connect. It's been incredibly flaky for the last 24 hours. Pages don't load properly. TestFlight invites don't get sent. Builds are stuck in "Processing" for up to 9 hours.
