We will soon release an educational App for children for language training. Essentially parents or schools can purchase courses through the App or online with each student receiving a real textbook. The associated digital content is unlocked with a unique QR code, located in the book. We feel strongly about students getting both parts of the product for best outcomes. This is why I call it a hybrid, because it really overlaps both digital and physical goods.
In terms of the store, how would we sell this? As an in-App purchase sold through the Apple store or as a a product which would be sold outside the store with Apple Pay or other payment option?
I should mentioned that our store will sell other educational products, such as story books and school supplies.
