How to reply to Resolution centre message after new binary uploaded?

My application got rejected and I've got this reply from Apple:

"Once this issue has been resolved, please upload a new binary to iTunes Connect and reply to this message in the Resolution Center so that we can complete your review."


I've uploaded a new binary. But sinse I've resolved the issue by uploading a new binary, the message is not enabled to reply. They will review my app in 7-10 days but I've already waited for a month. I don't want to wait for another week.

You should have replied before uploading the new binary and told them you were uploading

the new binary. Since you did not do that, you basically go back to the beginning of the que.

If you already waited a month, something is seriously wrong. From submission to in review

and either accepted or rejected generally takes no more than 2 weeks sometimes slightly

longer but seldom a month.
