Unable to install TextFlight application from AppStore in iPhone 6 Plus

My iPhone 6 Plus Software Version: 12.4.9

When i try to install TextFlight, app store is throwing following message "This application requires iOS 13.0 or later"
But apple dropped 13.0 OS update to iPhone 6 plus. Then how do we install TextFlight app?
