App Store Connect issue: There is this yellow caution triangle beside this message noted above. The new forums wont let me attach an image to show. But nowwhere will it let me accept this new Paid Applications agreement. Neither the message nor the yellow triangle is clickable. How to accept this?

Anyone manage to resolve?
I had the same issue. The solution was to read all blue boxes and one of them had something like "You have to update your business details before signing Paid Applications agreement" and link to update it. It was just a modal window where I approve all the details.
After that you could scroll down to the agreements and there was a link to accept it next to the expired agreement
