"Get started with iTunes Connect" web page frozen/broken

Hi,
I am trying to take advantage of TestFlight, but before doing so I have to upload at least one beta build of your app to App Store Connect. When I try to do this nothing happens when I press on "Apps" on this web page: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/ra/gettingstarted

I have an AppleID account with 2-way-authentication and have logged in before reaching the page above. Anyone knows what's wrong? Or should I contact Apple support to report this bug?

Let me add onto this that I do not have an Apple Developer Account yet, it is being processed at the moment. And to give context, this issue with nothing happening (I am not redirected to a new page) only happens when I am logged in on my AppleID account.

I am having the exact same issue as of today and after inspecting their Javascript code it turns out there is a typo that breaks the page's behavior. I just reported a bug using Feedback Assistant, but I'm surprised no one had answered this earlier.

Apple has a habit of not commenting until AFTER. They truly no longer care.

I logged in at https://developer.apple.com/account

From there, I was able to click on App Store Connect to reach:
https://appstoreconnect.apple.com

In that page the link to My Apps works...

I have same problem. Stuck on "Get Started" page If I try redirect to AppStoreConnect from developer.apple.com I have error - "access denied".

Support is not responding to me

This is annoying beyond words - for now you can get to Connect by logging in through https://developer.apple.com/ and then choosing AppStore Connect from the menu on the left.

Same issue during last week. Before all works correct. Apple won't fix it, because problem only for some users...
