Hello, some Apple devices are not able to see the preview pictures of my app in the Appstore. When I search for the app, I can see everything except the preview pictures. There is shown nothing. My device is iPhone XS with iOS 15.1, a friend of mine got iPhone 8 with iOS 15.0.2 and it doesn't show her the pictures either. iPhone 12 with iOS 15.1 can see the pictures

It is surprising it works on other iPhone with same iOS version. So iOS is not the cause.
Best advice here is to contact support.
In the meanwhile could you give an example of such apps ?
I ran into the same issue and I guess figured out.
Installed apps will not display the preview images. New (uninstalled) Apps will display the preview images.
