When we first launched our app, we could find it on search result regardless of the search keyword being our app title in Korean or English.
However, starting 2 weeks ago, once we attempt to search our app using our English app title, it no longer comes out on search results, while the Korean one is fine.
Have reached the developer support center but they are just repeatedly telling me that they are working on it, where hasn't been any progress at all for the past 2 weeks.
Does anyone know on how to make the same keyword to be indexed on App Store Search?
