Apple reviewers can't see my in-app product list rejected for the following reasons

We found that while you have submitted in-app purchase products for your app, the in-app purchase functionality is not present in your binary.

but My project has a payment function, and payments are made through test flights and sandbox accounts.

The screenshot the reviewer showed me shows that the list of products is missing, but I don't know why it's causing the issue.

If you know the reason, please tell me, I would be very grateful.

maybe i have found the cause I didn't set the country of release. so that All countries were set So the tax contract for the state was missing After selecting the country of release, it passed the screening.

Was the In-App Purchase capability added to the target and were the In-App Products submitted for review before the app submission?
